1. Order cancellation conditions

· The customer may request to cancel the order within a maximum of 24 hours from the completion of the purchase, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.

· If the order has already been shipped or if the 24-hour period has expired, cancellation will no longer be possible. After receiving the goods, the customer may exercise the right of return according to the established procedures.

Orders containing items made to the customer's specific request cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

2. Procedure for requesting cancellation

To request cancellation of an order, the customer must follow the procedure below:

The customer must send a written communication via email to customer service within the permitted period, indicating the order number and the cancellation request.

Customer service will verify the order status and confirm if cancellation is still possible.

The customer will then receive an official cancellation confirmation or, if the order has already been shipped, instructions on how to proceed with the return.

3. Refund management

If cancellation is approved before shipping, the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed between the parties. The actual crediting times may vary depending on the payment service provider.
